Remove stray specks

Grows the background inward from the edges, following colour as it changes — so gradients and shaded backdrops come away cleanly. Raise the tolerance if background survives; lower it if the artwork is being eaten.

Edge tightness eats the half-transparent fringe left along the artwork's edge by anti-aliasing — it only bites into pixels that still look like background, so solid art isn't shaved. Stray specks drops leftover crumbs floating away from the sticker.
